We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marco Bicego purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn jewelry in its original condition. Each piece must be returned with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, a prepaid FedEx shipping label and a return authorization form will be generated for you to print at home.

  Secure the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the completed authorization form.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
